NIST MS Interpreter is a utility developed at the NIST Mass Spectrometry Data Center to assist in the evaluation of mass spectra. The Interpreter finds possible structural origins of peaks in a mass spectrum and provides formula and isotopic processing utilities. It operates in conjunction with the MS Search Program. It works with both nominal and accurate mass data in EI and Tandem (MSMS) modes.
