This tutorial demonstrates how to integrate these libraries within NIST26 with Integrated AMDIS, explains why different search settings are recommended for the Wiley Registry, and shows how to obtain the best identification results while avoiding potential pitfalls associated with partial literature spectra. We also discuss practical search strategies, library purchasing options, and the creation and use of user libraries for routine laboratory applications.
